Job title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) manager (1CSA, 1M&E)
Job description:

- Liasons with consultants/ owners, attend consultant meetings; be the co-ordinator of external clients/partners and internal teams of QS, Engineers

- Internal team management, lead the teams to fulfill works requirement in Contract, BOQ production, Pricing, Estimating, Cost planning Cashflow, Cost Report, , Value Engineering and other works under management of your direct director

- Project management and cost management

- Quality control of reports and deliverables 

- Liaisons with suppliers/ contractors/ sub contractors

- Run project unsupervised, Report directly to Management Boards 

Job Requirement
General:
Years of experience: 10 year(s)
Minimum career level: Manager
Minimum education level: Bachelor of Engineering

- Minimum 10 years experience in construction industry;
- Prefer variety of experience in high rises, industry and commercial buildings;
- Minimum 5 years as leader; minimum 2-3 as a consultant; articulate;
- Good in communications;
- Intergrity sound; professionalism required
