As a Facilities Project Manager you will help support our growing business in multiple locations so we can keep our staff focused on conceiving, designing and bringing to market innovative consumer products. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.
The Role:
The Operations group is looking for an individual who wants to help set up the physical infrastructure for our growing locations.
- Ensure a productive, efficient working environment for employees.
- Deliver results on complex projects involving teams across the company.
- Find creative solutions to problems.
- Drive projects to completion on aggressive timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent required. MBA Preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing facilities projects.
- Proven ability to deliver on tight deadlines.
- Ability to influence others to meet goals and facilitate agreement among stakeholders with different interests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, building relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Project, CAD a plus.
- Mandarin speaking a plus.
- Travel as required to meet objectives.
