Cost Planner/ Quantity Surveyor

This well-known Construction company has been heavily contributing the changing skyline of SEQ. With a diversified funds management, development, and construction capability they have delivered a range of projects such as residential/commercial high-rise, resorts/hotels, and master-planned communities.

There is a newly created position in the organization for an Cost Planner/QS to take the division to the next stage of their planned growth strategy. Liaising heavily with internal development executives, joint venture partners, and external consultants, the role will oversee the complete cost planning function for a range of projects $5M-$500M. Whether submitting tenders to JV development alliances, or putting cost plans together for major in-house developments, the role will be a varied, and exciting one and give you the chance to have real input on projects in the conceptual phase. 

Suitable candidates will have genuine management aspirations with solid background in either estimating or cost planning for a building contractor, and possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying.
