General:
Years of experience: 4 year(s)
Minimum career level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
Minimum education level: Bachelors

** Requirement:
Degree in Civil Techniques with working experience (minimum 4 years) in calculating drawing volume, reading and interpreting drawing, making unit price, negotiating ability with contractor / supplier.
